Steps of Hydrafacial® treatment

This revitalizing treatment is an absolute key player in aesthetic medicine and cosmetology. It is based on the innovative Vortex-Fusion® technology, which, combined with mechanical exfoliation, multifunctional serums and vacuum stimulation, provides an effective skin treatment.

Hydrafacial® thus provides an effective skin treatment. SPA-cleaning, chemical peeling, exfoliation and moisturizing and injection-free mesotherapy are combined in one treatment.

Personalization of the procedure

The Hydrafacial® treatment has between 4 and 7 steps depending on the machine package and the personalized protocol you choose for your client. Below is a complete 7-step protocol

Step 1. Vacuum lymphatic drainage

Vacuum therapy (vacuum lymphatic drainage) is performed to stimulate cell metabolism, improve blood and lymph drainage. The method consists of local controlled vacuum exposure using glass flasks of different diameters (lymphatic nozzles).

Step 2. Exfoliation

It is performed in order to clean, exfoliate, moisturize, loosen and prepare the skin for the following stages of the procedure. This action uses Activ-4™ Serum and one of HydroPeel®’s proprietary additives. The supplement is selected for each client individually, taking into account the skin type and aesthetic problem.

Step 3. Acid peeling

Use one of the GlySal™ Acid Peels and Extraction Tips for this step. Peeling is selected for the individual client, taking into account the skin type and aesthetic problem.

Step 4. Extraction

Extraction is performed to deeply cleanse, tighten pores and saturate the skin with the active components of Beta-HD™ Clear serum. It is performed in the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) or for the whole face (if necessary). For extraction, a turquoise tip is used, which has the smallest diameter and ensures comfortable work in hard-to-reach places.

Step 5. Personalized booster

It is used to solve individual aesthetic needs of the client. One of the following boosters is usually used: DermaBuilder™, Britenol™, Hydraglucan™, Chrono-Peptide, ProTec Plus, Epicutis™, JLO Beauty™. Busters are applied all over the face or topically (in areas with wrinkles/pigmentation). Use a clear tip for application.

Step 6. LED-light therapy

LED light therapy is used to remove swelling, inflammation, improve tissue trophism and accelerate regeneration. It consists of the use of light radiation of the visible part of the spectrum for treatment and prevention purposes. The light waves enter the skin cells, which are converted into energy, which causes certain reactions in the tissues. It accelerates the processes of collagen synthesis and restoration, increases elasticity, evens skin color. It reduces the viability of pathogenic microorganisms and promotes the removal of toxins from tissues.

Step 7. Irrigation

Vitamin-antioxidant cocktail Antiox+™ serum is applied to the skin of the face and neck with a transparent nozzle. At this stage, the skin is intensively moisturized, its protective properties against the effects of free radicals are strengthened.
